Mark has 25+ years of career as a CEO and CTO of VC-backed software and IT companies. Seven startups (four venture-backed) with five exits including IPO. He is an expert at discovering market opportunities, creating new products and business models, and turning them into thriving lines of business. Currently, He works as an innovation consultant helping larger companies develop new lines of business using emerging technologies. He has deep connections in the technology and telecommunication industries.

Liron Porat- Partner

Liron is an innovative technology program leader with a software engineering background, and over 20 years of results successfully taking products to market. Recognized for an outstanding mix of strategic planning, customer relations, and cross-functional management skills—including the ability to lead complex, collaborative product development efforts from initial concept to commercial involving internal/external stakeholders. Background to date includes a deep knowledge of consumer electronics, aerospace, and startups.

Skeet Spillane- Consultant Cybersecurity

Skeet has 25+ years of experience in Information Security. Specific areas of expertise Cyber Security Strategy, Information Security Operations, Threat Intelligence and Analysis, Vulnerability Analysis, Incident Response, Emergency Preparedness, Cyber Forensic Analysis, Regulatory Compliance (HIPAA/HITRUST, GDPR, ISO27001/2, PCI) and Security Architecture, Business Process Improvement, Cryptography / Cryptanalysis. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, (CISSP), a Certified HIPAA Security Professional, (CHSP), and A Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
